In a word, UF bootcamp is AMAZING.

I first joined in July 2009, about 9 months before my wedding. Although
looking great in my wedding dress was my main motivation for joining, I then became hooked on the fast-paced 45
minute workouts led by Noah and Colleen and knew which i may want to continue going to bootcamp classes following
your wedding was over. I had researched several different bootcamps in Oakland and SF, and thought we would try UF

evening class. I didn't want to go to an all-female bootcamp filled up with brides-to-be, and UF boot camp was
